The container gas generator set adopts an overall enclosed structure with high strength, which can meet the requirements of multiple hoisting, handling and operation of the genset. The maintenance door of the container is redesigned with soundproof door, and the internal thermal insulation material of the container is made of environment-friendly flame-retardant material, which has the function of thermal insulation and noise reduction. The container is equipped with explosion-proof DC 24 V lighting, and the inner wall is installed with galvanized mesh plate, and spray painting treatment is carried out, the inner surface is smooth and beautiful.....

The Natural Gas Micro Genset is a cost-effective, silent integrated skid-mounted natural gas generator set developed and manufactured to meet the needs of different customers. It offers a variety of configurations, enabling multiple functions and applications of the natural gas generator set.
Core Configuration
It consists of a stable and reliable engine, generator, cooling system, and an intelligent control system centered on a high-performance microprocessor. The unit is also equipped with a enclosure featuring unique air intake and exhaust channels, supporting multi-functional operation.
Environment-Adaptable Enclosure
To suit operational requirements in diverse environments, the natural gas generator set is furnished with a dedicated enclosure. On the basis of ensuring safe and stable operation of the generator set, the enclosure possesses multiple functions including rain and snow resistance, sandstorm protection, and integral hoisting. According to different customer needs, it can be configured with ordinary, silent, or super-silent enclosure options respectively.

CNG pressure regulator skid is a high differential pressure regulating device, firstly connecting with CNG vehicles by high-pressure rubber hose and quickly connector. Then CNG goes into the heater through the high pressure hose, ball valve, filter , cut-off valve and is heated within the heater. The pressure of heated gas will be regulated to 1.0 ~ 4.0Mpa by pressure regulator. Thirdly, the secondary regulator will regulate the gas pressure to user’s requirements (if the outlet pressure is very low, then the third pressure regulating will be needed). CNG will be measured when passing by gas flowmeter and finally be input to middle pressure pipeline . Our production- CNG pressure reducing skid has a single and dual structure, flow up to 5000Nm3/h.

LNG ISO Tank Containers and LNG Semitrailers are mobile cryogenic pressure vessels engineered to transport Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at sub-zero temperatures (approximately -162°C / -260°F) across road, rail, and sea networks.
An LNG semitrailer (or tank trailer) is a high-capacity cryogenic tanker permanently mounted on a multi-axle chassis, designed specifically for point-to-point highway transport.

An LNG ISO tank consists of a stainless steel cryogenic inner vessel enclosed within a protective outer frame built according to standardized ISO dimensions (typically 20-foot or 40-foot).

An LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank is a specialized container designed to store natural gas in its liquid state at cryogenic temperatures (around -162°C / -260°F) and near-atmospheric pressure.

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) normally exists in high pressure of 250 bar in the pressure vessels. Compared with traditional fossil fuels, CNG is more economic, cleaner and safer as a Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) fuels to replace diesel and petroleum.
Our carbon removal unit can effectively treat biogas from low pressure and remove CO2 with minimal methane loss. It consists of screw compressor, dryer, purification system and membrane carbon removal system. All in one skid design provides the portability, integrity and high efficiency.

The skid-mounted Flare gas recovery system is applied to recover the flare of all kinds of oil & gas well or to recover the small gas well which contains more hydrocarbon such as C3 and above. This system utilized the cryogenic liquefaction and separation technology to purify, liquefy and separate the feed gas, and gets two products: dry gas and liquid hydrocarbon mixture. In which the dry NG can be sent to pipeline for long distance delivery or to be compressed as CNG, or liquefied into LNG to be delivered. The liquid mixed hydrocarbon can be sold to oil refinery as raw material.
