LNG Transportation Trailer&ISO Container

LNG ISO Tank Containers and LNG Semitrailers are mobile cryogenic pressure vessels engineered to transport Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at sub-zero temperatures (approximately -162°C / -260°F) across road, rail, and sea networks.

LNG Semi trailer

LNG Semitrailer Tank

An LNG semitrailer (or tank trailer) is a high-capacity cryogenic tanker permanently mounted on a multi-axle chassis, designed specifically for point-to-point highway transport.

Key Features

- High Payload Capacity: Tailored for road transport with maximized internal volume (typically ranging from 40 to 56 cubic meters) while meeting strict highway axle-weight limits.

- Integrated Offloading System: Outfitted with an onboard cryogenic pump, pressure build-up unit (PBU), and metering system in a rear control cabinet for quick, self-contained loading and unloading.

- Road Safety Standards: Equipped with high-grade safety valves, emergency shut-off systems, and low-center-of-gravity baffle designs to restrict liquid surge while driving.

Primary Applications

- Regional Bulk Distribution: Direct high-volume delivery from coastal import terminals or liquefaction plants to satellite regasification stations and off-grid factories.

- L-CNG Fueling Station Replenishment: Regular road supply drops to commercial LNG/CNG vehicle refueling stations.

LNG ISO container

LNG ISO Tank Container

An LNG ISO tank consists of a stainless steel cryogenic inner vessel enclosed within a protective outer frame built according to standardized ISO dimensions (typically 20-foot or 40-foot).

Key Features

- Intermodal Standardization: Built to international ISO dimensions, allowing seamless transfer across cargo ships, flatbed trailers, and railway cars without offloading the gas itself.

- Vacuum Powder Insulation: Utilizes multi-layer high-vacuum insulation combined with perlite or super-insulation film to ensure long hold times and minimal heat leak during ocean transit.

- Stackable Frame: Designed with high structural rigidity, enabling multi-tier stacking on container ships and in freight yards.

Primary Applications

- Intermodal Transport: Virtual pipeline logistics that require switching between ocean transport, rail freight, and road haulage.

- Temporary Storage & Emergency Backup: Serves as a modular, drop-and-swap storage unit for temporary job sites, industrial facilities during pipeline maintenance, or remote power stations.
